The only minor flaw is that the final matrix is not the transpose of the original matrix A. So it should not be written as A^T. Overall, this is a great explanation, thank you!

It's better not to cram it. just see if the total of its position is even or odd if it's a11 then it will be + (no sign change) and If it's a12 then there will be negative sign (reversal of sign)
