The intensity of this gets me every time since I've watched the episode. No voice, just music. Your cover brings back all of the emotions. Glorious. Please never stop doing this.
"Let's perform at the top of the hill." Singer: sounds easy to get to. Violinist: okay, shouldn't be hard to transport everything. Keyboardist and cellist: ugh Organist: are you trying to kill me?
I think the best part about this (aside from the brilliant music, of course) is the fact that they're performing this outside, surrounded by greenery...and I didn't quite realize why they chose a background like that until 8:38 when the organ pipes were lit up with green. The wildfyre. Of course.
csiampos I hate it when musicians play outside and do all these dramatic shots and angles; looks like they're trying way too hard to be all artsy and it just ends up looking cringey.
The soprano's high notes are exquisitely, hauntingly beautiful. The unanticipated octave jumps were wondrous and pitch-perfect. Il est bien fait, Lilou! I took a peek at the website to find out a bit more; so much talent being fostered at Lyon! Magnifique!
Goosebumps on arms right at 5:00 when the singer starts .... no matter how perfect this is, it would not be the same without the singing part.. it’s real genius from Diawadi.. kudos to this group , amazing talent
J'adore vos musiques Grssini Project.
Apparently, in the books those words were said by Lord Varys to Ser Kevan Lannister, just before he shoots him with a crossbow in the chest, then orders his "little birds" to finish him off. I bet Varys wouldn't be that popular if he had done this in the show. All because Kevan was cleaning up the mess his niece Cersei had done, and Varys wanted choas to happen in order to turn the Lannisters and the Tyrells against each other, and let his protégé Young Griff (the so-called Aegon Targaryen) have the Iron Throne.
I've never heard a piece of music that has made me feel so many emotions before. It is just filled with sadness, sorrow, desperation, fear, hate and finally, redemption. And it's beautiful.
same though no redemption. I feel determintion. knowing what is done is bad, but instead of feeling bad knowing what is done is needed, even though it is mad I accept what has become.
The voice of your vocalist just sends me to another dimension.... I can't describe it really it's just beyond divine... Both this song and Elfen Lied that she also sang a while ago. I guess all I'm trying to say is thank you Grissini Project for this awesome cover and all your other videos so far and to come! I enjoy them with my whole heart!
I don't know what to say. It's one of my most favourite pieces. I hardly had such intense tingles. Really well made. Awesome! Definitely going to buy the MP3! THANK YOU!
Greatest song I've ever heard. Uplifting emotional and satisfying. It's my walk out music. Like a boxer walking towards the ring right before he becomes the champion for the first time.
lovely! great! your performance in taking music videos is as great as your music! Also great listening to your singer! Always a pleasure receiving a youtube note on new Grissini videos being uploaded!
I'm trying to come up with a way of describing how I felt watching this work of art. It made me feel thankful for being able to see and listen, and experience new things everyday. I needed this. Thanks for sharing.
Simply stunning. Well done. I really enjoy listening to the sound track, but you have done such a fantastic job with the visuals which adds to the whole experience. Excellent cello playing and I do wish that organ could have been louder, but nevertheless, fantastic effort. I'm keen to see what else you can bring out.
I just love the passion the cello player wash showing to her instrument, it made me smile, she is all in these strings, they are one...great job, amazing cover, really
Too long to be viral, and that's a shame, but viral vids are quite standard. Buying views is useless, no one does that anymore. You don't get viral by buying views, the video has to be shared.
I've considered myself a person with barely much consciousness. This expanded my mind and it's view of my body into realms I can not express. I've never felt as affected as much by any auditory stimulus as by this. I am so happy to have come across your project. Thank you.
I have been watching a number of performances of you. It is breathtaking even for a non-hardcore classic music listener. The emotions can be felt right through the heart
Bon sang. Merci. Merci, encore.
The 4 bars from 6:13 - 6:30 is *easily* one of the most beautiful, magical, goosebumps-inducing things I have ever heard in my life, full stop. I would do just about *anything* to convince you guys to take that theme and extend it out to about 6 hours long.
if only I could become someone without a body that can feel and live for as long as he wanted I would be listening to your melodies for as long as I could hopefully never satisfyed but always looking to hear it again and again
I've been praying that Tina Guo would cover this since she did rains of Castemere. The cello is by far my favorite part of this song. This was very well done.
Beautiful video. Love the lavender, the piano player’s long hands and the organ. Quite a hypnotic video.

Guys... I listened to this once without headphones and found it quite interesting. Now I'm listening with headphones on, and it's freaking goose bumps all over! Also the video was lovely, and the green lighting detail in the organ background, beautiful. It's a real pleasure to watch your covers.
It's atmospheric, enthusiastically, enchantingly! Powerfully to shivers on a skin. Oh my God! I have no words to give the emotions what I feel when I watch this video every time. I'm melting right now. You're so great! The most talanted! Thank you so much for this!

Hey mate that girl did a great job singing so there is voice haha ... just no words lol
@@PolitischeImmunitätyeah its vocal.
"Let's perform at the top of the hill."
Singer: sounds easy to get to.
Violinist: okay, shouldn't be hard to transport everything.
Keyboardist and cellist: ugh
Organist: are you trying to kill me?
2021: And now we use video meetings
2 years later and I'm still laughing at this comment
2023, still hilarious
“I choose violins.”
Beautifully and well done!
best comment so far
They say that violinist is still playing that same note to this very day
P mar hahahahaha!!! this video is cool. I have been obsessed with this song for months and only just now found this video!
@@ArkticDark so i'm not wierd if i'm totally obsessed by this song, i'm listening to this song for straight 15hours xd
@@yetresa I probably listened to this song back when that episode aired everyday all day for a week while at work.

dragondov ? How can a beautiful landscape be cringey ?
I didn't say the landscape was cringey...
you can't hear any wind, birds or else noises, it was played outside but the final music is a studio recording
they have gone to the Reach to shoot this video
I want to do a small suggestion. Ezio's Family Theme from Assassin's Creed 2. I think it could sound good with the organ.
I agree
that would be amazing
Lars A Aw yes that would be awesome
Lars A fuck yes do this
This is no longer an option, Ezio's Family must be covered on that magnificent pipe organ, Grissini Project!
(Or at least the AC Revelations Theme ;D)
Lars A
I didn't know that Bran could play piano..
Haven't you heard, he's the Four-Eyed Raven.
Girl playing the cello must be his “should be” gf
Well, you can't do much else when you don't have legs to walk on...
He wargs the piano.
He can, but he doesn’t want to.
Best cover of "Light of the seven" so far
Thank you for making this
Check the MIDI I made of this song, it's very close to the original version.
There is also an accompaniment version, if you play the piano :)
I would say that this is even better than the original.
"Forget about the bloody Gods and listen to what Im telling you!"
aaaaand boom they go.
morreu mas passa bem.
It takes the most beautiful English actress in all history to deliver lines like that.
Tobad she did not kill Cercei before that " clever" line.
Why do you think Cersei and Tommen are not here!?
Had to pick up my jaw from the ground when my mouth fell wide open. This is so perfect, Ramin Djawadi should see this. :)
The soprano's high notes are exquisitely, hauntingly beautiful.

@@PhebusdesTours Tyrion is more morally ambiguous in the books as well. Which is good, in my opinion.

I can't wait to listen your cover of The Night King
8:40 that scene is amazing dude, with the giant green church organ; worthy of Game of Thrones!
Amazing cover! This sequence in the episode was probably some of the best TV in the last decade, if not ever
OMG so beautiful song, look, I think you have done the best remake of light of seven that will ever be
Ne changez rien😉😂

High praise coming from Chopin himself!
You know you're good when even Chopin says he'll buy your music.
Didn't you marry that lady who wrote "the story of an hour"?
still getting goosebumps.. can't believe your talent guys.. same voice same music, just wow.
"A Lannister always pays his debt"
This is the most beautiful cover I have heard of this so for. You are all very very talented! Keep it up and thank you!
That voice. It moved me to my core.
OMG!!!!!!! Thank you, Grissini Project!!!!
Got the first shiver, when the Vocalist came in, the second, when the Organ began to play- And so, it went on. Awesome work!
The moment when the church organ came my head makes: BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!! ;-)
And so did the church xD
@@Amayraaa hahaha, literally

Honestly that is really amazing. Just heard your cover of "lilium" and now I get to hear such a great cover. Absolutely brilliant.

This deserves at least a million views. Kudos on an incredible job.
You guys gotta do a Rains of Castamere cover. That'd sound so good!
This is easily my favorite Grissini Project video

I'm so glad I discovered this channel! Keep up the good work. My well-being during research depends on you!
You know how you can tell your music/scene made an impact? Hearing the audio by itself people can pinpoint the EXACT moment things happen...
Superb. So much talent and passion. Truly admirable.
There’s so much soul in your music. I know it’s a cover, but you give life to the song. It’s so relaxing and fulfilling.
Love that ending sound in the silence, that cut off with the echoing sound was great!

And this is why this is one of my favourite songs from Game of Thrones.
