I use to bake cakes years ago and was recently asked to bake a 4 tiered wedding cake for a family member. I noticed you didn’t use shortening in your buttercream recipe, just wondering if you ever have trouble with buttercream melting, especially in warmer climates? Also, would like to see a vanilla cake recipe. Thanks
Were you able to get this recipe approved by the Utah Cottage Food laws? I'm confused on their rules about frosting needing to be "shelf stable" but it seems like so many at home bakers use dairy in their frostings...so is it ok?
It's just how it's packaged. Back in Tulsa, there were 4 long sticks when I bought butter. But in AZ and Cali, it comes in these shorter sticks...same amount.
Such a wonderfully helpful video. Thank you so much! Could you please do a video on how you make a vanilla cake?
So in depth I love this! Thank you!
I truly love the way you explained ♥️. You are great and super easy to connect and understand ❤️

Do you provide certificates after completion?
What attachment do you use when using the Bosch mixer for buttercream?

This was amazingg... thank you!
So happy you liked it! Is there any other topics or questions you’d like to see covered? I’d love to hear! 💗
Maybe meringue frosting or a basic vanilla cake recipe 😊
I’m making a three tier wedding cake how much buttercream do I need for it? I’m making this cake 8/5 and I will assemble it 8/7/24
Your four sticks looks like half sticks

Why not just put the buttercream in a plastic baggie and pull the air out
