Omg, thank you so much for this video. You saved my wife and I over 300.00 having this done at the dodge dealer..but more value you gave my wife confidence that she could do it also. This video was a blessing like you have no idea. It also prevented me from going to my in laws house who said we couldn't do it ourselves. Hands down the best video on how to do this. Thank you.
For anyone who gets here to do this job, take note that the new spring needs to be pushed back and locked into place. Look at the location of the spring at the beginning of this video on the old handle. The spring should be locked in place like it was previously. That color blue paint looks amazing. I wonder if there were other blue colors or if this was the main blue available for the nitros from 2007-2011
I'm seeing this is a common problem on these snap together plastic nitros of ours. Hoping I can find a metal replacement that might not break again. Thanks for the video!
