I have rooted my phone several times and one thing I want to say that if you don't have any experience with anything like this then don't do it it can cause permanent damge to your device literally rooting will start heating and hanging of your device and those error messages from playstore will irritate you so first decide if it's nessary for you or not .
Yah rooting will give you acces to some cool options but it will sacrifice your device performance, security and stability

Unfortunately, some of my office communication apps do not work if the phone is not rooted even after hiding them through Magisk Hide. So, I am forced to use non-root mode.
