✔ Rat-Trap Bond Masonry: Enhances insulation while reducing material usage.
✔ Traditional Trussed Roofing: Integrated skylights and clerestory windows ensure ample natural light and ventilation.
✔ Passive Cooling Strategies: Optimized airflow through clerestory openings and an octagonal layout that encourages cross-ventilation.
✔ Reused Materials: Doors, windows, rafters, purlins, and Mangalore tiles were repurposed from nearby sites, reducing waste and construction costs.
