Gas tank vs. 4p impulse earth impedance measurement method (10/350us)

Reminescence of the last summer ;-) We measure the grounding resistance of the gas tank. This time we use the 4p impulse earth impedance measurement method with the impulse time shape of 10/350us, simulating a direct discharge (lightning striking a gas tank). As you can see, the same grounding behaves completely differently than in the case of the 2-clamp method - the measurement seems to be much more reliable and shows how grounding would work in the event of a real discharge.
