The Bazaar | Post Patch Meta | Ray Dooley = 10 wins

Day 1 after the December patch, Dooley is rising as a new, better, more consistent King of The Bazaar meta.
Since rays are now available starting at Bronze tier, it's now a game of mix-and-match to make them fit with whatever Core and main pieces you have. But they almost never miss, as Dooley can now get you a 10-win run more consistently than any hero before.
*Note that the Alpha Ray (weapon ray) is currently bugged and its triggering does not count for the other rays. Still usable and useful in some builds, but don't just get it for the ray synergy, 'cause that's not in yet.
