Man, that ceviche looks so good! I've never big a big raw fish person, but I might have to rethink some things, especially when it comes to the Gambas, Pulpo, and Casa varieties. The Tabla Mixta looks outstanding, especially the blue cheese with the honeycomb. I can definitely see why you and your dad loved the Rabo de Toro as well, but that paella really looks unreal. Between the lobster, shrimp, scallops, squid, and mussels, what's not to love, right? 😋

Jajaja I LOL when you said at the end "...Follow my father!..." jajaja I knew you guys were both dizzy after trying all kinds of beer flavor!...Now I know there is no limits on beer world!. Dude, you and your dad make a GREAT show. Please come back to Italy, but this time to the north.. Turin, Milan, Asti, Alba, Cuneo, Trieste, Venezia, Imperia, Genova ... or just come to Turin/Piedmont, we have the best chocolate in the world !! And the wine too. And even the beer if i can say. (we have even Indian restaurant too in Turin !! Very good ones)
