Can we take moment and appreciate good video editing? This is all FAKE. Even the 1 finger push-up at 1:18 - You can clearly see that the rotation of the wrist happens lower than normal. That's not human anatomy. Also, the screen rotates to compensate for the frame modulation used to hide the still image of her had. Notice, her hand is a static picture coving something. Who knows what exactly. But this is all a bunch of BS. She may have some skill but nothing that commends her as some authority in this art. No way...not even close whatsoever.
she just did the video trick. Almost everything she did was fake. she only sells the name Silat (Indonesian martial arts) for exposure and money, just like the fake kung fu masters in China.
That was my impression, too. She´s obviously skilled but not quite as strong, and the "combats" are too much like those in the movies. I´ve been a Bruce fan since I can remember and he DID hit the opponents, maybe not full-strength but they received their part.

I get she's very skilled individual but to generate the power to break pillars? that's like saying she's a mythical chosen one which people thought Bruce Lee was and Shaolin Monks. This is all mysterous and great for movies, money and show. I have seen other professionals martial artist debunk he so called superhaman strength. Not even grandmasters can chip away at a pillar made from concrete it's edited with CGI or computers after it's been hit with a sledgehammer. In one of her video's she shows the top of her foot bleeding, if your skin is that tough why would it bleed?

last thing about the fruit it's already positioned on the dull blade... it's easly sharp enough to cut through the fruit. the hips never drop down to do the push up it's always just the back.
