This is maddening! How could they consider "good behavior" for something this cruel and gruesome.

I grew up in Las Vegas. My dad used to tell me this story of a girl he knew (he was 16 at the time) who had both her hands chopped off while hitchhiking. I always thought he was just trying to scare me as a teen from running away until I grew up and found out it wasn’t just a made up story. Truly the stuff of nightmares 😢
