How to set up users and roles in QuickBooks Enterprise. It allows you to be very granular in setting up the roles. I recommend setting up the role and then assigning it to the appropriate user(s). QuickBooks Enterprise is much more specific in how the user can be set up permissions wise than the other versions of QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks online.
