If they could bring back more beautiful and classy hosts such as Nancy, especially those who don't mind showing off their legs, many more guys would tune in. I know that sounds funny in a way, but I bought things back when Lisa Mason, Sharon, Courtney, Cathy P, and Stacy would be on, and I basically only watched when they were dressed in outfits that I liked. Now even the hosts who used to dress sexier simply do not, or it's very rare. Kerstin, Jen C, Sandra - even Shawn at times; they just don't wear eye-catching attire the way they used to. Not very often, anyway. There is a reason you rarely if ever catch the female Weather Channel meteorologists in pants. Almost always skirts and heels with hose and tights thrown in from time to time from fall through spring. Same with most female anchors on news programs - at least until they have made a big enough name for themselves. It may not seem fair, but they are all ratings-driven, for profit programs. HSN and QVC should be no different. You need the viewers just like the other channels do. The more who watch, the more that may purchase things from you. Plus, my wife I knew I had a 'celebrity' crush on a couple of the hosts and she actually would flip the channel on sometimes and make comments about the girls and tease me. But you know what? She actually bought things at times back then. Now, neither of us tunes in. She knows that I never watch anymore. Sure, you may get some creeps, but you probably already do. I am sure you don't get the number of creeps that Ginger Zee, some of the FOX News ladies, or any of the others I mentioned. It is terrible in many ways that the system works like this, but continuing to fight it is not going to help your business, which means you are also hurting your hosts by not encouraging more sex appeal (in a professional way, of course)
