Im sooo struggling with the food part. I think ive over informed myself to the point that i can't decide how i want to eat. Low carb,vegetarian, vegan etc....im so confused now. Dont have problem with gym but i know food is key. This video helps alot though!☺
I know, it's hard especially with the more you know. But start super slow and cut out the things you know are downright bad for you and go from there. No need to commit to anything right away.
Right on time! I just recently started w/ a personal trainer and I have to log my food. No bread, no creamy dressings and no cakes or pies. I was devastated no ranch?! Then I realized how much bread I really eat.🤦🏾Even though I don't buy it🤷🏾
