Can you comment on seam sealer recommendations andhow you "fill-in" the holes created by the self tapping screws. Some close ups with voice-over would be great!
There are plenty of companies selling a seam sealer product. We don't really have any preference to brands. You probably can go to your local autobody supply shop and have a choice of several products. As for the holes created by the screws, all you want to do is fill them in like you would do a rosette weld. Low settings on your welder so you don't blow through and start from the outside and work in.
i watched the video now maybe 5 times and i emotionally get closer to welding in the floors on my 912. Thanks for this super helpful video!
Very nice description, thanks for the effort!
Beautiful work....thanks for this.

I’m going to guess that the 914 floor replacement is much the same?
Hey Guys at Restoration Design! I am curious what you may recommend in regards to quickest removal of the rubber coating on the bottom of our 911s?
Really need the flange kit, will it be available by mail order to the UK?
It will definitely be available over there. We have a European distributor that will carry it once it is ready.
@Restoration Design Is it available these days? Didn't found any on your european distributor web site
Is the flange kit ready?
Ready yet?
When you will have the flange and tunnel kits available?
it will still be a couple months before they are completed.
The flange kit is still not available. We had to put this on hold as we are trying to complete some other dies.
