Ive installed ALEX and i load it, as soon as i press anything on it, file, edit view, etc, i get the classic apple circle of death, instant crash. Maybe cause im on the latest os? I dont know.
Thanks for the video. I was excited to try this, in theory it's great, it uses the same cursor model and it's integrated in xcode. In practice it's not working, i ask it to do something and it says it does but when i apply it nothing changes, apart from creating endless errors. Am I doing something wrong? I wish this was working since it's free and very handy but it doesn't seem like it is for now
Ok - you have my attention. I’ve been building iOS apps mainly using cursor recently although it’s been having a few issues lately. Will give this a go
Thanks for making this video, Meng To! Super exciting.

Sorry this is great! But you skipped an important step, how do you get it as a literal sidebar inside of Xcode? Mine is still outside Xcode
It's not inside Xcode. I just recorded the entire screen and it may look like it's an app, but it's the full desktop. :)

Which model do you feel is best with swift docs?
Claude 3.5 Sonnet is generally best at coding for pretty much all languages including Swift.
Tried it, but It is very glitchy.. too many errors and other weird actions on simple apps. I know it’s beta, hope it gets better
Can you build an app from scratch without coding experience?
Thank you! Great value content! What if I already have an account in Cursor? Does this tool use Cursor, or is it a completely different tool?
This is a different tool than Cursor. It's free during the beta though, so you won't need to worry about payment.
