In the Last combo you could have set the triantis into your Pendulumzone to potentially use it as fusion material for predaprime fusion and trigger it’s effect to set predacouters on your opponent’s monsters to make two more disruptions!
It’s funny I’ve been using the patchwork imp combo for super quants for years now lol. I’m glad to see it’s catching on. But predaplants is one of my favorite decks and I’m glad to see them finally get some life.
It's funny, I bought 3 albaz decks at the start of the year and I thought the deck was cool but it needed a bit more flare. And while this was going on I was trying to build a predaplant deck as I love the archetype and I had a Duuhh moment and was like I can mash predaplant and albaz. So I looked at some deck lists and spoke to some mates and now I have a complete branded predaplant dpe deck and I am having heaps of fun playing it! I thought your edge imp strategy was pretty refreshing haha.
@@frostzuki Not necessarily what he described was situational: same as when another deck list used lava golems against his opponent - the list is accurate and the number of cards used is up to the player to decide - you're not necessarily going to go second every time.
I like this build, only changes I made were that I cut droplet (since I'm poor and can't afford 100$+ piece of cardboard) and swapped predaprime with super poly along with fitting a third byblisp for the grindgame. It's been fun to play and my one gripe is that the edgeimp engine does take up tons of space that could be used for utility cards to deal with opponent's boards, but when it comes up, it really comes up.
@@Biriel99 I've simply made the engine smaller since then I don't brick as much on it. It is possible to turn them into flex spots but the extra discards and the poly do help.
Nice list, just a thing I saw: put the triantis in your scale the second time if you got predaprime set, this way the prime is another "budget" predaplanning.
Update on this Deck pls fairy snow tail is banned and I think with this deck super poly is extrem good or not? especilly with branded and despia being very popular

Well without guardian and branded (even if it didn't have lot of them, but the invoked engine didn't have a lot of cards main deck either when it was meta) it's not sick at all. Cyber dragon are budget and fusion deck too, as the two are bad whenever (semi-competitive or casual depending of the decklist).
Now I know what cards I need for this deck. And substituting forbidden droplets with either predaplast or forbidden chalice. And substitute millennium eyes restrict with a 3rd predaplant ambulomelides
Went to my very first Locals with this deck today and okay, I play two Darlingtonia Cobra because for some reason I always draw into the brick so safety first, two Drops because I only got two and can't afford a third, Triple Byblisps because this card is perfect for Scorpio, Branded Fusion and Predaplanning or simple Poly, one Chlamydosundew because that one boy is all I need (if I need him to make my board) and double Triantis atlhough I think that one might suffice. No Predaprime Fusion since it doesn't do anything in my deck and two times Planing because my MVP Byblisp needs these cards to make the magic happen. Only two Patchworks because the third could brick. But three Imps is mandatory, absolutely. No Keeper of Dragon Magic because I need the Normal Summon if I can't via Predapractice. Branded Engine for me is also just Branded Fusion and Albaz, that's it. Not gonna debate the Extradeck since mine's also different. Long story short, with your deck as blueprint, I build the same deck but different and got a result of 1 Draw, 2 Losses and 1 Win at the Local and I'm 100% satisfied with that result. Thanks for the deck.
In my opinion the edge imp chain engine is better for your fusion plays for if you don't have access to branded fusion but have combo Peace's in hand and chain is just a free card to discard as well so personally I use the patchwork chain engine but the therions are a good engine as well

Guardian chimera have no alternative, that's why he cost a lot. You can maybe use as budget trishula the dragon of icy imprisonment, can still be good but will never be as good as guardian

Lol predaplante without anaconda (and even with) is a big garbage that's why it's sometime (but rare) used in semi-competitive and never in competitive. Only dragostapelia is good because we can super poly it (against branded despia that's did a good job) and starving which was always use as a stapple in some deck. Anaconda was good for saving slow-ass deck shich use fusion, without dragoon and DPE it was no use to ban it, they was the cause of the ban, only DPE on ocg cause dragoon was already banned in it and is still ban, and for the two on tcg as they are both unlimited. Konami just didn't want to ban or limit DPE.

Id you have set predaplaning and Banishment, before your opponent end their mp1 chain 1 planing chain 2 Banishment targeting Albion to summon predapower. The new legendary duelist packs have all the expensive cards for cheap not like predapractice got 3 reprints and triph got a secret upgrade and chimeraphlesia got a ultra rare that I bet this deck gets way cheaper next week also I think having light hex sealed fusion is better than having snow because you can use branded fusion and make Albion with Albaz and hex-sealed then use Albion banishing both to make dragoon for a negate for nibiru and then use your predaplant cards to continue with the combo
@@dursem2305 I’ve actually been working on a branded Lair deck that is pretty strong. It only mains Eradicator and sides Deck Devastion plus a few Tribute for cost backrow cards basically Mystik Wok, Econ, and Ballista Squad. Thunder Dragon would also work with Byssted and Lair of Darkness Virus.
Future Reptilian support Also needs to be this, able to put counters on your opponent. Make them 0 and take control. (Instead of fusion summoning or negate), be able to tribute them for tribute summon from the deck!

Well this one is a sensed comment. That's why instant fuse is limited to one per deck. But it was more to avoid the millenium eyes-restrict engine. (Good for negate monster at turn 2, and good for avoiding handtrap when starting first turn.)
On 8:28 you use Instant fusion to SPECIAL summon Predaplant Ambulomelides and procede to activate its on FUSION summon effect. I think this deck would not work like you think it is.

Mirrorjade alone won't win you a game. The Predaplanning setup is what really makes the deck dangerous, since it locks a lot of strategies out of their extra deck.
A youtuber of your caliber should know what discarding for a cost and by a card effect means and most of your 'combos' don't work and you are bad if you don't know the basic things in ygo.. I don't know why ppl praise you so much..
edge imp chain only said "If this card is sent from the hand or field to the GY". Discarding and sending it to GY won't matter. Predaplant Byblisp also reads 'If this card is sent to the GY", meaning any method could work.

11:18 if you used cobra for the tribute for ambulence, you couldve saved poly for later and used chlamy to fusion summon.

A youtuber of your caliber should know what discarding for a cost and by a card effect means and most of your 'combos' don't work and you are bad if you don't know the basic things in ygo.. I don't know why ppl praise you so much..
edge imp chain only said "If this card is sent from the hand or field to the GY". Discarding and sending it to GY won't matter. Predaplant Byblisp also reads 'If this card is sent to the GY", meaning any method could work.
