Somehow, after being keto for six years, and hearing a lot of of the other influencers talk about you, I’ve just started watching your videos. And just started this video and realized I really needed your cookbook and just ordered it! I hope you make more videos of your Recipes. I’m a terrible cook, so watching somebody actually go through the motions of cooking the recipe is really helpful for me!

Ok - so I ordered the book, ❤️, made this tonight. Except I didn’t have beef broth, but had chicken broth. I’m not 100% carnivore, so here’s what I did - subbed in chicken broth and added a couple splashes of Worcestershire to give it a more beefy flavor. Added garlic powder, chopped onion (while cooking the beef and let it soak up some fat), added a tad of xantham gum to thicken because I added the whole box of chicken broth before I realized it was only a cup! But I was doubling the recipe already too. Added a squirt of mustard, garnished like you said with a little shredded cheddar, and crispy bacon, and chopped dill pickle. I will be making this ALL WINTER every winter. Tasted exactly like a big ole bacon cheeseburger. WOW my husband said this was the best soup he’s ever tasted too. Thanks so much, love the book and will be making a LOT of these great recipes!
I bought your book and I think it's 100% fine to also show the recipes in your videos. I bought the book for convenience of the recipes being all in one place and for an easy way to consider my food options. If you don't do the video, someone else will... lol. Everything that is in the world, goes online these days. If you are uncomfortable with sharing, maybe give your book a little while longer to be out before doing videos of it. But I love to see the recipes in action also. It gives me more confidence when cooking to see the recipe done in a video first, hehe.

This is one of the best recipes I've come across since going carnivore. I followed it to a T and there was nothing I'd change about it! It's rich, creamy and filling. The perfect meal for a cold winter day!
@ ok so it surprised me how decadent it is! Duh I knew ingredients lol. Didn’t have cheddar so used Colby jack chopped by hand from block, despite knowing the potato slicer hack and still amazing. I never follow recipes or think I can change/add to it. And I did re cheese but OMG! So delicious and easy. I live alone and stick to basics for ease and eggs n beef are delicious. This will definitely be side to main meat dish, burgers/ribeyes, since so rich. Thank you 💖

I watched you and no problem. I was struggling with what to make and this popped up and thought what the heck. I figured it would be too rich for me, so I just increased the broth a little and added a few tablespoons of pickle juice and it was excellent. I know I'm getting your cookbook for Christmas from my daughter as I accidentally saw it so can't wait to try some more of your recipes. Thanks though for sharing this one!

I made this yesterday with spices from a homemade Hamburger Helper recipe and it taste just like hamburger helper!! I’m in shock. And it taste way better the next day. So happy I bought the cookbook!

I love sparkling water, an ice cold can of Cherry Waterloo really hits the spot. I used to drink Lacroix but heard they had a lawsuit against them so I switched to Waterloo which is Non GMO, SpinDrift sparking water uses real fruit juices which I like but those are more expensive so Waterloo it is, thank you for sharing your delicious recipes ❤
Oh my gosh, I just made it for the first time, today, I doubled the recipe as you suggested in your cookbook. It was better than I expected!! I live with my Dad, and I was just telling him that, you our cookbook is one of only ones I have that each recipe exceeds my expectations.❤❤❤ Thanks, Courtney!!!! Do you have an egg nog recipe? I used to be a baker. I did keto for 2 yrs and I baked all the keto treats. I've been on Carnivore for 4 months. I've broken thru a one year weight loss stall, and feel amazing. Best part: I feel a peace beyond all knowing (anxiety free)!!!!!! The 2nd best part is that I'm soooo satisfied with what I eat. I have fewer things to buy at the store but I appreciate not having to make so many choices about what to eat. Beef, fat, eggs, bacon, cheese, heavy cream. I bought your cookbook for 4 of my co-workers who are in poor health, as their Christmas present. They've watched my entire keto-then-carnivore journey. I hope they feel inspired to try Carnivore or it at least plants a seed for future change. Thanks for all your recipes and posts. They help me stay on track. One of my fave recipes of yours isn't even in your cookbook. It's the 3 ingredient lasagna. Made with beef, sausage and ricotta. I was not a big cheese connoisseur so I hadn't used ricotta before. If you cube the cream cheese it will ‘melt’ faster as the cream and broth warms up. @Courtney I don’t mind you filming “vertically” (portrait) - it looks great on my handheld device. You look great, btw. Love the interaction btwn your hubby - the more you film the easier it will get (i.e., Chris Cooking Nashville and Ash serving as videographer and question person). 🙌🏼
I bought the book I love it. I would also love watching you make them. All formats are good with me. I love to just sit with and look at the book. Videos are always good for better understanding. Different moods different formats. To answer the question… it would not upset me as a person who purchased the book if you now make videos of the recipes.
I’m buttering my chicken flour bread right now. I made my own chicken flour( it took forever but it yielded 2 cups and the recipe only calls for 1 Tb per egg, it has the best consistency and looks and cuts just like bread. “Ketogenic woman” she actually names you as where she thinks is the recipe came from.
I made the soup( have the book!) it was so delicious but definitely felt the excess dairy in it ( bloating) but I will surely make it again and maybe use it as a side because I ate a big bowl and then another 1/3 of a bowl 😂 oh BTW I’m in Ireland 🇮🇪 as well.

They dropped the lawsuit in 2020 due to no findings of truth .

I use butter and it helps to keep from sticking to the pan
I use goat cheese from Aldi in place of cream cheese in recipes.

Dr. Boz kind of complains about a lot of things, ie: La Croix water and LMNT. Makes mountains out of molehills in many cases.
