Don't save it, you need to copy it. If you want to save it, it must be a PDF. The baseplate of the shirt also needs to be the exact size. Don't get one that's like 1000 x 1000 it has to be a special size. If you have a specific issue that isn't related to these then you should find a more in-depth description of it.

When you're trying to upload it and it asks if you used the template, it might be because you don't have the png saved as the right size!! (Width: 585 Height: 559)

i figured it out on my own while watching the video, when you go to save the file as a pdf, copy his height and width of the image

Try Moving The Shading Layer To The Top, It Should Work. If It's Too Big Use Shift + Left Click To Resize It To What You Want
