Thank you so much! 😊 They do have a way of making things both fun and impressive. Glad they bring a smile to your face while getting the job done! 😄👷♂️
I remember the old Hilo Iron Works that did all the fabrication & maintenance heavy machinery for the sugar mills...they had a horizontal lathe there with a chuck that was 8'-0" in diameter.
Very clever people......but the lack of cutting fluid and all the dust created by just using water drives me potty and the other but it's better than no cooling at all Thanks for the vidz
Machinery & conditions not much different to a factory 'service' workshop that I remember from Britain in the 1970s! Before 'elf & safety' arrived. Many of these machines originate in Britain and would have been old 50 years ago when you could find them in British workshops!

At least most are wearing shoes, but yes burning with out sun glasses is really stupid. How good of a job can he do if he cant see. A lot of welding with no hood means lots of flash burns to wake you up in the middle of the nite
Enjoy the videos but it honestly bewilders me how could they be so caveman not to put a pair of 50 cent plastic safety glasses on when they are grinding? How could anyone knowledgeable enough to run that equipment be so fucking stupid as to endanger their eye sight?
Because the are not forced to use them like most countries ( in the uk it's the HSE ) so no fines or closing down of factories! They use kids as cheap labour also.
They get paid next to nothing. Blame the greedy owners whose ONLY concern is $$$ for themselves. The business owners in these companies have no compassion and empathy.
No safety glases,no gloves,no shoes,no helmet,no underwear,no toilet paper only fingers,no cutlery for eating only fingers,Are they semigods or héroes misunderstood
I think these guys are awesome. Creative, smart, resourceful. I’m wondering 1. What do they get paid? 2. What does that pay put them in terms of their society? 3. To be in the upper 1% of income earners WORLDWIDE, I think the pay needs to be $32,000 a year. Most peeps in the US have a hard time grasping that. But there are billions of people on this earth that live in poverty. Im just wondering where these guys stand in their own society. 4. Clearly it would be nice to get these guys better safety equipment, working conditions, and better equipment, but you gotta admire what they can do without it. 5. Somebody mentioned lack of precision. Well, how do you know what the precision is? We are used to making things precise because we can. But sometimes it’s not that important. It comes at a cost these guys might not be able to afford.
These guys are going to have radiation problems later, they need to cover their hands neck and of course the eyes and face, bad S***,good workers boss needs to get them safety equipment.
I respect these guys, could watch them all day, better than tv,will done 🎉
I love watching these men turn junk into wonderful parts. GREAT JOB!
You sure have a crew there! They always make me smile when they aggrivate each other but always do the best work. THANKS MUCH

@@hydraulichands Wonderful job and outlook!
I know it’s because of my 40 years in the oilfield, but can you PLEASE give those guys some SAFETY GLASSES!!
It is a little scary to watch!
To go with the safety flip flops and cardboard welding masks!
Tout à fait ces gars là ne connaissent les équipements de sécurité en plus dans un atelier de mécanique générale.
I bet you they wouldn’t wear them.
How about some shoes or boots instead of flip flops with no toes
تشکر از هر سه کلیپ خوب شما بسیار آموزشی بود .❤❤❤❤
Awesome videography. How do these guys walk around with barely a shoe and not cut their feet to shreds
Again, great work guys.😊
Have a nice weekend, greetings from the Netherlands 😎

Do they ever check to see it something is true or Sq. They have to throw everything in the dirt must be a country’s law or something

I wonder what the I&I numbers are for that shop.
Having worked with shop cranes all my life, the last thing I would want is
a kid on the crane (looking around) and MY FINGERS on the chain..
English subtitles, please. 🙏
I think I spied a dean smith and grace in the background - looked a little out of place there ,but I think they put it to good use
Lang lathe as well, very good machinery. But it all looks well worn.

They make most things out of used metals I have never seen them test the metals to see how hard or even what’s it got in it for other metals

Look at that drill wobble how can drill a 100% true hole?
An electric motor driving a generator trough a gearbox...input 15 KW, output 10KW WHY?
Convert AC into DC??
Probably a rotary phase converter
motor drives a generator which then powers the motor, free energy
How many workers fell in that cutting hole

In 10 years they will figure out scraping and will make their machines finally precise as needed. Also then they will start buying cheap chinese DROs.
