Can we set Edge rebar so that connection between rebar of two layers is mantained perfectly Eg at 28:25 it can be observed that edge rebar of lower edge is not connected with upper layer... Also please explain if connection can be mantained between two rebars group such that change in one set can directly be observed in both groups..
