HAMR Crumble "Budget Bingo" Sniper Build

Since Rapid+2 Weakspot calibrations costs 2 kidneys, thought I'd make use of the cheap stability ones i see on vends (I yoinked this one for 20k EL)
PS: I can't aim but if you shoot his head at the end of p3 transition, you can do lots of damage.

Nice build! there's a lot of inflation for meta builds calib (Shrapnel, bullseye, Outer Space(?), jaws) ^^
