I'll tell you how to fix that PTO drive, take it off and throw it away, and replace it with a hydraulic motor. You can do that cheaper than buying a new driveline. Then you can mount it on the loader, which gives it a much better dump angle. Also, I'd use the tractor to carry the mix to the pour, instead of using a wheelbarrow.
They make a great loader bucket mixer but it's 3 to 4 times the price of these. But yep that was first thing I thought was hydraulic powered mixer like the models I just mentioned
@@m16ty thanks for the encouragment, yeah but this mixer is 2k aud right now, then the cost to convert it would probably be about $800. I'd like to see a cheaper FEL hydraulic mixer. I just noticed Digga does a FEL post borer mixer combo, theres a video on their site page for mixer very cool but only 4.5 cu ft capacity. I'd like to make my own with some help from a engineering shop with a 44 gal drum or some such. Probably dreaming though. Cheers

What adsorbent material do you use in your yard and shed John? So all that black oil doesn't cause everyone downstream to get cancer and all the reef out from the Burdekin to die? 😜😜😜

Good idea with the oil. I have found that this cheaper equipment can work and last really well if you are careful with it and keep it in good nick.
The mixer still looks like new I give it a dose of oil every time I use it and it has stayed good. John

@@livingadamman7994 If you have even limited fabrication skills and tools, it's not hard to convert from PTO to hydraulic.

I calculated 5 cu ft to be 0.14 odd m3, you need 35 plus cu ft to make 1 m3
