This is my first exposure to formulas and relations in the such, and I had to rewind a lot to go back over it, but I found it very informative. I would definitely watch and rewatch a very slow video on how to do some of these advanced things because for a newbie like me, it’s very intimidating. Thank you so much for this video. It was really great; I subscribed to your channel and look forward to viewing more notion, tricks and hacks and recommendations and solutions!
Thank you so much for watching and supporting us! We are so happy to hear you enjoy watching our videos. Please stay tuned for more tutorials coming up next! 🤍
Thank you this was very helpful. I already had a task list so I used this alongside that to implement the Pomodoro Timer...works very well. Much appreciated!
Is there a way to configure the formula to show hours AND minutes? I'm not good at Notion formulas, so I don't know how to put it in that format. I mean like ‘3 hours and 10 minutes’ or ‘3:10’...? Something like that. Also, thanks for the tutorial!
Hi! Thank you for watching our video! Unfortunately Notion can be quite complicated with formulas. It could be possible to format it like that but it would take a very lengthy formula and calculation. Here is what you could try: if(dateBetween(prop("Date").dateEnd(),prop("Date").dateStart(), "minutes") < 60, "0:" + dateBetween(prop("Date").dateEnd(),prop("Date").dateStart(), "minutes"),round(dateBetween(prop("Date").dateEnd(),prop("Date").dateStart(), "minutes")/60) + ":" + subtract(dateBetween(prop("Date").dateEnd(),prop("Date").dateStart(), "minutes"),round(dateBetween(prop("Date").dateEnd(),prop("Date").dateStart(), "minutes")/60) * 60 )) Hope this helps!

I've been wondering how to add a Pomodoro timer. Thanks. I'm not sure my ADHD is set up for the table just yet. LOL.
We’re glad this was useful! Pomodoro timers are one of the best things to add to a Notion page! 😊
