It kicks so much ass that the spud boys are still not only rocking on in their 70s, but still doing the flying v formation during Uncontrollable Urge Duty now!
I was 20 when these guys hit the scene. They are silly, entertaining, and awesome. I wish they would come to Colorado so I could dance to the entire concert
My 16-year-old son who has been fighting cancer for over 2 years is a huge DEVO fan. He recently entered remission, so in celebration we flew from Atlanta to Los Angeles to be at this once in a lifetime concert. I splurged and bought VIP tickets so we were literally about 10 rows from the stage during their performance. My son also got to meet Mark Mothersbaugh and had him sign his most recent book he just put out. We understand the band is satirical in nature, but also understand their message. The world continues to devolve into a state of insincerity, insecurity, and just downright treating others very badly. I feel like their message is treat others with respect and kindness. Your comment about the crowd (of which we were a part of) not getting this band is totally baseless and opinionated.
These guys rock!
