The reason why George Revees costume was a different colour was due to filming in black and white. On screen, those colours would best imitate the blue and red in the costume in black and white. When they changed to colour, then the costume was changed to the actual colours

Speaking as a musician I couldn't believe on that night how I couldn't decide whether this amazing voice was just covering old songs? When I discovered that this young lady actually wrote such world-weary songs that had both one foot in the past and one in the present my jaw hit the floor This for me will always be England's greatest export... I could not read all the match books but the top left was Lawrence Welk he was a composer and had is own show. My grandma loved that show. There is a resort in Southern California named after him. I saw Irving Berlin he was also a famous composer. The guy that did dearly departed tours collects match books and buys them on eBay. I hope he displays them in Palm Springs when he opens his museum. I saw the lizard man in person he was a opening act/mc for the jagermeister music concerts back in the day. It was so cool seeing him perform.
The Ripley odditorium in Newport was remodeled the last half of 2019. We were supposed to visit when they finished spring of 2020. Guess how that story ends. We'll absolutely be visiting this summer. Have a great weekend everybody!! Grimm for Life!

Loving the street tours your doing, quite a insite into the buildings and architecture of a bygone era.
