Claire at the end “it’s me Claire, your sister” 🤣 nice introduction to the character for the viewer there! Can’t imagine anybody saying that in real life!
I think she said in a comforting way, though, not in an addressing fashion. It's more like when a mum says "mummy's here" to an upset child. That and she knew janine was drunk and possibly drugged up so she might not have recognised her initially.
I've been watching the classic episodes where Janine first came to the square, and it's like she never quite got over Clare leaving her, she's been troubled ever since.
Clare was the 3rd sister of June and Frank daughter. Janine lived with her at as a child for years on and off, and people thought they were mother and daughter as claire was around 24 yeads older than Janine. Janine was supposed to be around 18 here remember. I think Claire was supposed to be around 43 here. Claire was at Frank and pats wedding in the 80s and janine went to stay with her in Australia in 2022. She was also mentioned by Dot when Frank died and Diane said she already visited Frank when sick and had returned to Australia.
@@seandomhnallosullivan2544 She killed three people, two of them were accidents and one of them was self-defense. Janine was a horrible person but she wasn't pure evil.

Lol@Pauline "well that was very good meeting, very constructive" (points at dot asleep) 😂
😂🤣😂
Dot outlived both Peggy and Pauline. But even Dots left now.
Danny Griffiths sadly dot has left the show now, Forever Three Eastenders Icons.
Get Out Of My Pub! Iconic line on TV
Here we are now just celebrated the queens PLATINUM jubilee! How time flies! N Janine is back on screen! Love EE best soap on tv! 👌
Tracy Barlow Vs Janine Butcher The Best Villains
i think janine has more heart then tracy and that is saying something.
I have always fancied a Ben Mitchell vs David Platt or a Peter Barlow vs Mick Carter feud
yes too right
Janine is more of a bitch than Tracey but she can also have a better heart
@@MarkBrydondrums85 nah, Tracy has gone very soft under her daughter's influence, Janine is way more heartless.
The best year for Janine as a character
Why
@@Urcinamongurl it was when she became a coke head and a prostitute etc
Love hows dots just asleep in the chair 🤣🤣
Bring back Janine!!
"I'm just taking out the trash". 🤣

It’s probably not good enough quality but as janine was getting chucked out by Peggy, was kat smirking or giving janine a dirty look?
I think kat was smirking
Anthony 🤣
Did the guy at the end nick her handbag?
Yep
Random Comments Douche I know it’s only a soap but there were loads of ppl around why did no one stop him? Lol
Frostwoman101 81 which guy? Saw the handbag - saw ZERO sign of a bloke grabbing it?!
Nah he was trying to help her up.
This clare? She is janine's sister??

I always wanted to see Peggy Mitchell vs Liz McDonald lol
poor janine
Jannie get down now
Why did Peggy throw Janine out?
She's a drunk slag
It’s funny
Because she's drunk and dancing on the table. If she falls and hurts herself Peggy could lose her license or get sued.
I don't knowfor sure but I think Claire is the only person that Janine could only turn to because everyone else in the square seems to be heartless.
Janine Butcher is absolute bonkers in this video.
Did Sharon or Peggy own the Vic at this point
Sharon
Why was that man touching Janine at the end
I think he was trying to help her up.. that’s what it looked like to me
Claire was Nathan's mum in uks queer as folk
