Amazing Summary of an incredible book. I'd also pay some attention to the emotional aspects the book covers in the first chapters about analysing your financial habits before starting any of this.

HI Rahul, Nice summary for the book "Lets talk Money". I am not sure whether you have any video for Hybrid fund but like hear that. I think liquid fund return is not beating FD at this moment. Liquid fund 4% however FD will go upto 7.10%.

At 09:57, you say we need 5 crore 40 lacs, at age 60 to be financially free for rest of life.
At 10:57, you say we need 2 crore 40 lacs, at age 60 to be financially free for rest of life.
    So I am confused.
