    Hey Chez, big fan, was wondering if you have any more advice on building stamina? I've been going on runs at least 5 days a week and I'm seeing some improvement but I still get gassed with 2 rounds. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Stay blessed brother 🥊

    Hey chez, I just wanted your advice if you don't mind. I'm overweight and am at a beginner/intermediate level when it comes to exercise. I want to improve my explosiveness, cardiovascular endurance, and obviously shed some fat. Which one of your videos do you recommend? Thank you againn
