The Camargue region is fabulous. I spent a day in Aigues-Mortes a few years ago. What a terrific place. Glad you enjoyed as much as me. Thanks for sharing - brought back good memories 😎 Peter
Iain .... when you did the beer review it looked as if you had already had a 'session'!! Awesome video from your 2 again; thanks. I have been following you for a year now ..... and you have given me the impression that motor homes was All about wine, beer and BBQs; ... now I am disillusioned from about the 4:05 mark!! Is that a blue job or pink job, just like fixing the awning? Some say "... if you cannot remember what day it is, then you must REALLY be enjoying yourselves ..." 4:25 mark.
Ha ha excellent thanks Roger 😂 and thank you so much for your support over the year! That's amazing and we really love reading your comments, always very well thought out and written plus excellent observations 🥰 We don't seem to have pink or blue jobs, they all just seem to be Iain's 😂 But that does include the beer tasting and you might be right about the reviews in this video, possibly quite a bit of testing completed first off camera 📷😂😂😂 Thanks again Roger, hope your fish and chips were good last night, have a lovely weekend 🥰
@@VantasticAdventures Thank you for remembering about my 'fish and chip supper'. Fridays would just not be Fridays if it wasn't for your customary video or my fish and chips, although your sausages and brie did look on the tasty side!! As always I'm looking forward to next Fryday!
Aw thank you and glad you enjoyed the videos, we often watch other channels for inspiration so understand what you mean, it makes you want to go 🥰 We would love to tour NZ in the future, especially in a van, it looks amazing and very outdoor friendly 👍😁
Thank you 🥰 Yes that was a concern for us too but because it was out of season it was very empty during the week, at one point there was only about 10 people in the whole pool complex 😁 Although at the weekend it was very different... Fortunately we left on the Saturday 😂 Have a lovely weekend and thanks for watching and commenting
Great video again. Enjoyed your trip around Aiges- Morte as we were only there for a couple of hours and spent most of the time waiting for our lunch in one of those restaurants in the square 😂. We were on a 2-centre train holiday with the first part in Annecy which is your trip in reverse. Enjoy Annecy, we loved it. 💕
Thank you Ann 🥰 It’s such a beautiful place! The square was lovely but we were quite fortunate as Caroline ordered the vegetarian paella which they said would take a long time so we explained we had tickets for the train and needed to eat quickly, they were brilliant and served us in record time 😂👍
Was that a sneaky little selfie in the van near the beginning Caroline? Did it tell you on the website that the campsite sold local beer? 😂 I do love a horse with a blonde mane - from a distant that is 😂 great to see you guys go down the water slides. You know we would have too 😊 Bbq tee shirt - so funny to hear you talk about it but a great idea 😂 really enjoyed this one 😊👍🏻
Ha ha - good spot on the selfie 🤳 😂 We did feel a bit out of place on the slides as mostly kids with parents but we have to test these things for our viewers of course so we went on them all 😂 3 in total, you would have loved them 😁👍 Thank you and glad you enjoyed the video, it was an amazing place would definitely return
As recovering cheese addicts you’re really not helping 😂. Beautiful colours on the campsite and a really top notch location. It’s been a tonic watching your videos we are so ready to be back. Thanks for sharing Helen and Martin.
Aw thank you both 🥰 we need to work on better stills as keep forgetting the camera is actually designed for that not just video 😂 we have been viewing your videos too for our next inspiration 👏😀
Absolutely lovely place, have never been to The Camargue area , definitely put that on my wish list, Aigues Mortes looks a very cooool vibrant town. The medieval town and the restaurant area look amazing, reminds me of Carcassonne in the south. Im enjoying you both traveling around France and i am looking forward to watching the rest of your trip.
Thank you Paul 🥰 it was out first visit but definitely would recommend and will return, so much more to see and do, Carcassonne was on our wish list but didn't make it this time but great reason to go back 😂👍 Glad you are enjoying the video's, next week hopefully will continue the theme, we really enjoyed the location 😁
@@VantasticAdventures You and Caroline would love Carcassonne it's a shame you couldn't make it while you were down that way. I suppose you can use that as an excuse for the next time you are in the South of France 🇫🇷 😏
Love France although it is much more expensive these days since president Mackerel raised taxes but you guys look to have had a fantastic time although that site seemed to be fairly quiet it was much bigger than we would normally choose but on the plus side I suspect it was local for the town. Ian I am going to open a shop in Weaverham selling beer & stuff you didn't know you needed so I expect you to be my best customer😂😂 Did you pay classe 1 tolls as they tried to charge us classe 2 when we were last there but after a quick chat on the intercom it was changed. Cheers K.
Please do that shop sounds perfect 😂👍😁 Yes we chose the site due to the location and because it was so big we had plenty of space and a lovely pitch all to ourselves plus it was out of season so not too bad until the weekend when the locals turned up 😬 definitely wouldn't stay here in August but slightly out of season it was very good indeed 👍 We didn't realise ref the class 😳 paid class 2 everywhere 😂 oh no that's why it was so expensive, wish we had asked before we set off as just thought that's what campervans cost 😂 lesson learned and thank you, will make sure next time we take your advice 🥰👍
@@VantasticAdventures Maybe class 2 due to the pop top but. Mrs K has just cleared up the confusion, I was thinking of our VW Cali which at under 2m high is class one, yours and our new van when it arrives will be class 2 as over 2m high so I will be avoiding toll roads.
@@karlospappy8908 ah phew we feel relieved now 😂👍 yes they were very expensive, saved quite a lot of time but very expensive... Will go slower next time 😂
Guys loving your videos in particular the recent French trip ones. We are planning to head into France September for the first time in our VW. Would be useful in the future if you could show the prices of restaurants and campsites, etc if possible. Thanks and keep up the great work. 👍
Thank you and glad you are finding the videos useful 🥰 We plan to have a final summary video of our trip including our favourite bits so will make sure we add in as much detail as possible including the costs, tolls, etc. Thank you for the suggestion, very much appreciated 😁👍
Hi Kevin, she doesn't have a pet passport and isn't very good in very hot weather due to her long coat so she stayed with family - we had the best welcome ever when we got back though 🥰 🐶
Ah the Ruby beers! I brought a pack home!
Ha ha excellent work Kenny 😂👏 Shame they don’t last very long, ours see, to have a very short shelf life 😂

@@VantasticAdventures Are you going to the Norfolk show?
Aw thank you Roger, sausages were really great definitely a local delicacy 😋👍
Sadly not this year, no more shows for us until the NEC if we can make that one as still not confirmed, too much going on at the moment 😂👍
Pure coincidence i like it
Ha ha 😂 excellent thanks Mike glad you liked it 😊👍🍺
love this! looked like you had a great time!
Thank you we really loved this part of France, will definitely return for the sunshine 🥰
Great video guys.
Thank you Lynn 🥰
Thank you for your videos it has been great seeing some of the places we have been . We are now living in NZ so miss doing the same.

Stayed there , good site , some good entertainment in the evening .
Highly recommend.
Thank you, we really enjoyed it too, so much variety and great location 🥰👍
Looks like you had a great time. That boat jousting looked incredibly dangerous.
Thank you, it was a lovely place but yes we thought the same, no way that would be allowed in the uk 😂👍
Looks a nice camp site, but a bit big for us. Thanks for sharing👍
