Green Beans= 2 kg
Cauliflower= 2 kg
Green Peas= 1 kg
Curd= 1 kg
Turmeric Powder= 3 tbsp
Coriander Powder= 2 muthi
Cumin Powder= 1 muthi
Garam Masala= 1 muthi
Deggi Mirch Powder= 2 muthi
Red Chilly Powder= 1 muthi
Salt= 2 muthi
Biryani Masala= 1 muthi
Fresh Coriander= 2 muthi
Fresh Mint= 2 muthi
Ginger= 1 muthi (julienne)
Ginger Garlic Paste= 300 gm
Green Cardamom Powder= 1 tbsp
