You seem to know everything about Hyderabadi Biryani right? Then I guess you can name the different styles of preparations, wrt areas in Hyderabad followed by different gravies offered other than the mirchi ka salan ? (there are a lot and google cant help you). I agree only with the mirchi ka salan made commercially, cause the ones made in home are a bomb and can go with any kind of rice be it the traditional Bagara rice or with rotis. And the original taste of biryani can only be found in weddings, or traditional establishments which are run by experienced cooks. You may like something else, that doesn't mean that you can ridicule some others.
