Dodgers Beat Yankees WS 2024

Video of me and my family watching and celebrating the Dodgers victory over the Yankees in Game 5 to win the World Series on 10-30-2024. Also in this video my 76-year-old father is on a Facebook video call from New York with us (no he wasn't at the game) so we could experience it with him together. He has been a Dodger fan all his life going back all the way to their days in Brooklyn. At one point he says, "My entire childhood was Dodgers vs Yankees". When they moved to LA he kept rooting for them, and when I came around I started rooting for them too, because I wanted to be like my Dad. I watched with him when the Yankees beat the Dodgers in 1977 & 1978, and when the Dodgers beat the Yankees in 1981. We never imagined it would take so long for these two historic rivals to face each other again. But this year finally they did and now for the second time in a row since 1978 the Dodgers came out victorious. And this time my children got to root on the Dodgers with us and share this victorious moment with us. This was a long-time dream come true.
