Why did you promote this destructive practice. Industrial reduction fishing has no place in Virginia anymore. It's a leftover of days gone by when we slaughtered whales and waterfowl.
Industries come and go. Humans telling stories to entertain, inform and educate does not. 50 years ago we built a tower to send these stories over the airwaves. The people in the range of that tower paid us back with many generous donations. Today, Google and its competitors have things with much larger ranges than any tower. We intend to use these new platforms to tell the stories of the people we know and love to the world at large. 50 years as a PBS affiliate has shown us that if something has value, people will support it with their money. We will soon learn if we have any value to the internet. I'd love for you to have a look at some of the stories we made more recently than 2014. Here is a video we just put out ua-cam.com/video/fhIjNclaYWo/v-deo.html

I remember the Menhaden boats working off of Folly Beach S.C. in the 70s. I was a shrimper at the time.
