Hello 😊 i like the recipe and will try it. Usually when i fry tofu after cutting i place them on paper towels for about fifteen minutes for extra drying. Then i coat them lightly with cornstarch to prevent sticking to each other 😉❤️✌️ oh and i love your show ❤️❤️❤️

Best way to fry tofu cut it in big wide slices or full then cut in the way you want it after it's fried. If you cut in cubes it will really stick to each other esp when you're deep frying. Tip I learned from other chefs. Love your blogs too. Big fan since I was back in the Phil.my Armenian Canadian husband learn to watch your show now too whenever he's around when I'm watching you. Sharing coz my son loves what I do with tofu... dredge it in crispy fry breading mix then fry til crispy :) if it’s too salty for your taste, you can mix cornstarch with crispy fry breading mix.

Such a great idea, I will definitely try this recipe. You may need to warn your viewers tofu or any soy milk maybe healthy but if you are a menopausal woman eating them may not do much to prevent hot flashes and night sweats, another good source of protein are beans. Lentil loaf is also yummy. I use the yellow lentils instead of the green. Love you guys !, such a sweet couple. I always enjoy watching you

Hi Judy.. Super love your videos. What I do with tofu to reduce the water is put it in between paper towels bottom and top, put a little weight so the paper towel will absorb some of the liquid. Di mag talsik máshado and magdikit.
