47. Hair NO-NO's While Pregnant!

So, I am not a veteran on this topic, but I am on my second kid and these are some tips and tricks that I have learned to not do or to limit while pregnant. Beside the day-to-day things that weaken our hair, when pregnant, now your hormones and certain vitamins and nutrients are no longer going to replenish you but the baby, now that you are pregnant. So take notes and take heed and try not to make the same mistakes I did :)

Congrats on baby number 2! I just gave birth to my second baby (a boy!) 5weeks ago and whew!!! hunnnnnay, baby's are super demanding especially during the newborn phase but they're worth every minute of everything moms and dads go through. Anyhoo, just wanted to say congrats and I hope you have a healthy & happy 9months!

Crystal Light mine is dry too girl..its weird. I oil it a bunch still dry.

Well, we all have free will but that may not be the best decision for you and your little one. Women aren't jumping up and down to test the effects of perms while pregnant so we may never know exactly. But just remember that we absorb most of the toxins we come in contact with through our skin.
