Appreciate the console only type mods. It would be awesome if in fs25 the horses are nore useful. Rather then just joy ride them, if they had some wagons you could pull with them, use for filling pens with food and water. Looking forward to how this series progresses . Cheers
I'm considering using only crossplay mods in FS25. Not sure if I'll follow through and miss out on some of the PC only content, but we'll see. I bought a video capture card and I'll probably buy FS25 on my PS5 as well. Maybe I'll switch back and forth between PC and PS5 for series. Something to think about!
@krustoo I like both, pc and console content. Its nice getting thrown a bone with the console content. I used to game PC, but now, with a kid, the ease of just turning on the console is hard to pass up.
Aug. 5, 2024 Not sure if you're aware but Horses and Chickens will both eat Sorghum. You're not an idiot. When you're in survival mode, every tiny blade of grass counts when using a forage wagon. If you use the Farm Supply Pack by The Lort, you can purchase a 5000 liter pallet of various products for $1000. Just pretend the shop had a "Sale". LOL For future reference for survival challenges/series, there is a "Handsaw" by Valek that cost $200. Works the same as the chainsaw but cheaper when every penny counts. Yes, you can RENAME your horse. You should be given that option at the bottom of the screen when you open your horse menu. Also, you are correct. Once you place other animal pens, the pens will show at the Animal Dealer. If you have multiple pens of the same animal and want to put animals into one specific pen, you should purchase your animals at the PawPrint at the actual animal pen on your farm. You seriously need to stop calling yourself names sir. We ALL make mistakes, (I prefer to call them "learning experiences") when buying equipment and or using that equipment. It's just a game. Try to just have some fun and laugh at yourself. That's what I have to do when having "learning experiences" and believe you me, I have PLENTY of them. LOL
Bah, I like to poke fun at myself! I actually like the name Virgo, but I think Virgo needs a friend. We'll probably add another horse. But that's it, lol. Also, I just realized I started the series with my workers set to "buy" on all the products. It'll be expensive, but at least I won't be carting bags and pallets back and forth. Don't usually play with that setting.

Starting off and finding your way is a fun challenge, yet getting to and having unlimited funds is fun as well.
Honestly, I'm tired of cutting trees for money lol. But it seems a necessity to get going.
