Sometimes if I had a rough day at work I just drive a few blocks down to the Marion , Ohio station and watch some trains for awhile . It kinda relaxes me
Woe!! First of all I love the setting, perfect for a train, beautiful day,and skyline,I love the pond next to it,a little screechy, and sounds kind of rough on wheels and rails! Love to be in a boat watching the trains pass,or a roadside seatalsi!! Ten thumbs up for this one jaw tooth!! Super big freight, like the song that never ends,!
Got a kick out of the drop-center center-beam at 6:02. They got an extra dozen of whatever on it! Not that long ago, was watching the VR Live Cam. Eastbound was scorching the cinders over the diamond. Last car had barely made it across when a double blast of a whistle came from within town. Just over one minute and a southbound was trundling over the diamond. I suspect he was delayed some waiting on grade crossing to activate in town. I liked that one better than two trains passing on adjacent tracks.
As a kid in 80s and early 90s, the one thing I loved about Cincinnati was all the B&O signals. Especially the junction on the viaduct right before trains would go over the big C&O bridge into Kentucky.
You really caught a lot live action on this video. Those tracks was really busy. Those position lights are awesome to watch. I caught it changing too Jaw. That second train was really moving thru there. The one where the two trains passing was awesome to see too.
Those B&O signals remind me of my Dads house which is actually on the New Castle subdivision of Baltimore to Chicago mainline, which is where the first train came off of. Anyhow, the signal bridge was parallel to my bedroom window and in the winter time I could watch from the window and the snow would light up from the B&0 signals. So this brings back memories. My Dad still lives there but traffic has dropped significantly.
Mr. Tooth. Fantastic! More CPL’s in your future videos please while they are still around. Ohio is a unique state, still some PRR signals in use also! Awesome!
That's a great video JT. The area is perfect for train watching. When the New Haven ran trains through Putnam County, N.Y. on the Maybrook Branch we'd see long freights, over a Hundred cars, and many times we'd see trains passing one another along Lake Tonnetta. Man! Great memories.
I love the scenery there, the old interlocking tower, the other buildings, the water tower and the other, I suppose it's an old water tower at 9;15, and trains coming from every possible direction.
That location is also a virtual railfan camera site. The train crossing the diamond going north to south ( through deshler ) is a regular train. The single track going through town isn't used nearly as much as the other tracks. Thanks for the on-the-ground view of the site, totally cool !
Lots of action going on there. That lumber is a hot commodity right now.Amazing the number of units on those intermodals with so few locomotives. Thanks Brian.
Hi J.T.! Nice Video...it's something how the wheels squeal on the curves... The last time I saw that many flatcars was when I was at the junkyard with their car crusher...✌🤣
It's nice that you bring your family with you it's great keep up the good work and to the person that was doing the camera work do an outstanding job I give him an A+ all day long good job keep up the good work
That was a train-load of trains on this one. Looked like a busy day with other trains off in the distance at times. I never counted the cars on the long multi-modal there. What a consist!! Cheers Jaw Tooth. Stay Safe and Keep Well.
I didn’t expect that opposite direction coal train at 14:39. From the camera vantage point it appears to be a single track. Nice 👍 work Brian! Looks like a beautiful fall day back there!
Love hearing that diamond pounding sound. Lots of wear and tear, but nice to hear. I used to live in Defiance and would visit this site, and Fostoria. Great video, looks like you got some sun, son!
Another one I watch on another station -but as always -the cameras dont give you a full picture -even Google earth /maps cant fill in the bits I dont get to see !!! Spot on video Jawtooth -i learn so much off yours !! Deshler is always a busy junction in all directions ,night and day !! Signals are a bonus too ! Thanks for bringing us more of Deshler than others give ! Regards
Great video! I love the old signal's, they have so much more character than new signals, guess I'm just addicted to thing's of the past. Thanks for sharing!
Once again live action JAWTOOTH. The sound of the wagons passing you , I associate with standing on the lookout in Banff national park watching CP freight trains coming out of the Spiral Tunnels
Every once in awhile I watch virtual railfan live feed from Deshler and every once in awhile you get 2 trains headed south coming around each curve going into there respective tracks and you get what VRF calls the "zipper" the two trains resemble a giant zipper being zipped up! and you can go forever and it seems no trains and next you know wall to wall trains!
Another really super Jawtooth video! Loved the high-speed meet, you don't often see heavy trains hauling ass in opposite directions where I am, because I'm in an urban setting, so this was great. Nice job by your son(?) announcing the next bit -- watch out, he'll take your job!
Having grown up in Baltimore back in the 1950s and '60s, those color position light signals were a very familiar sight. Sad that most of them are history now. At least a few are still hanging on.
Man that's a busy line. Wow did you see both BNSF and the CSX engines bounce when they hit the diamond crossing, especially the CSX !! Hey Jaw Tooth I was in your neck of the woods Tuesday, on the south side of Cleveland and saw a couple N.S. engines parked in a rail yard. Wasn't able to get any pictures I was rolling on the highway.
Nice of the Loco Driver to give you a little "toot toot"....haha. Mint time of day with the sunlight of the Loco entering the corner, looked powerful. Like #313
At 6:13, a depressed bulkhead flat car. That was weird. That was a big day. Can’t believe how long the second container train was. The coal train started later and was gone, and the containers just keep rolling.
Nice video asd it shows a different perspective of Deschler as compared to the Virtual Railfan livestream camera. I can only imagine the rail activity that existed when the passenger station was being used. Thank you for sharing.
Deshler ohio CSX train big horn very long not sure can't wait another train on the way awesome video again jaw tooth bless you twice mix up cars flat cars also brake screen not going to fast about 30 miles per hour love train's coast to coast wood delivery say about 80 to 100 cars on the track
Awesome. Deshler, O. B&O all the way. That BNSF train was really moving. Most of theirs do. Was that a BNSF freight, or a B&O (CSX) with borrowed power? That's why I loved cabooses. When you sawr that, you KNEW which railroad it was.
One of My Favorite towns for some RR action, I recognized it immediately from a few other UA-cam videos that I've seen. one video used drone footage which was awesome...not as awesome as Jaw Tooth's vid ....of course..😁
You can really hear those wheel flanges pushing against the rails on that curve! Kinda wondering if that curve radius is comparable to O 54 curved track for Lionel O gauge
I noticed that as well. I was hoping Jaw Tooth would zoom in on the cars coming off as well. Looks like a good few inch drop. Great job Jaw Tooth. Just found you a few weeks back. The one where you saw the Stobe mural. I had to figure out who he was. I must thank you for that.
Sometimes if I had a rough day at work I just drive a few blocks down to the Marion , Ohio station and watch some trains for awhile . It kinda relaxes me
I know that feeling very well. I watch these videos for much the same relaxation.
Awesome video. Instant fav. Thank you Mr Tooth for taking time out at Deshler to film this. Love it!
Love me some Deshler. Been there three times in the last few years.
Awesome!
Got a kick out of the drop-center center-beam at 6:02. They got an extra dozen of whatever on it!

I use to love those old signals. The B&O signals east of Loveland, Ohio would always alert me of a train coming. I miss those
@@JawTooth yeah are you referring to the area jn Loveland at the I75 split where those big B&O bracket mast signals were?
I'm a native ohioan. Great videos. Thanks!
Blows my mind how long the trains are. One engine on train 2. Geez what power they have. Such a cool spot. Lucky guy.
You really caught a lot live action on this video. Those tracks was really busy. Those position lights are awesome to watch. I caught it changing too Jaw. That second train was really moving thru there. The one where the two trains passing was awesome to see too.
SOS . Sweet Old Singnal's ,Love it. Twilight and bird singing i would get a tent and a cold one Son.
Love all those weird noises as they pass ... Great vid J T ...and yes , there's always more ... Lol ...
Mr. Tooth. Fantastic! More CPL’s in your future videos please while they are still around. Ohio is a unique state, still some PRR signals in use also! Awesome!
That's a whole lot of trains in the time that you were there.
Wonderful job!!
never ending trains, love 'em

I totally LOVE your vids! They are always so artistically done! Thank you!
I love the scenery there, the old interlocking tower, the other buildings, the water tower and the other, I suppose it's an old water tower at 9;15, and trains coming from every possible direction.
CSX Engineers know Jaw, 🚂 🚂 Thanks for sharing.

Lots of action going on there. That lumber is a hot commodity right now.Amazing the number of units on those intermodals with so few locomotives. Thanks Brian.
Thanks Steve!
Usually I only get to see trains at Deshler is on VRF. This was awesome! Thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi J.T.! Nice Video...it's something how the wheels squeal on the curves...
The last time I saw that many flatcars was when I was at the junkyard with their car crusher...✌🤣
Dynamic cinematography, just Great!👍

That was a train-load of trains on this one. Looked like a busy day with other trains off in the distance at times. I never counted the cars on the long multi-modal there. What a consist!! Cheers Jaw Tooth. Stay Safe and Keep Well.
Deshler, Ohio, looks Like 👍 a Very Cool interchange of mostly CSX Trains to View quite often. 👍
Virtual railfan has live cam on UA-cam at deshler
That first intermodal was flying along at a good clip!
great catch. That 3rd train was like 5 miles long, lol !!
I'm on a Jaw Tooth marathon today. This is the sixth video in a row! Go ahead and give me a thumbs up for that, I deserve it. 😉
Two thumbs up. Lots of action in this one.
I love those B&O and C&I signals!! Nice video
Me too!
There are still some of these signals along the old B&O Cincinnati-St. Louis main line.
More than this ? It couldn't be. The first time I see perpendicular railroad intersection. thanks for sharing.
I didn’t expect that opposite direction coal train at 14:39. From the camera vantage point it appears to be a single track. Nice 👍 work Brian! Looks like a beautiful fall day back there!
Great place to watch trains , great video
Surprised at the speed crossing on Diamonds....Wow....
Love hearing that diamond pounding sound. Lots of wear and tear, but nice to hear. I used to live in Defiance and would visit this site, and Fostoria. Great video, looks like you got some sun, son!

That’s the first time I’ve seen Amazon containers.
Lovely golden light. 👍
Nice video! Those style lights were also used by the PRR they are still pretty relevant in the North East Corridor.
Great video! I love the old signal's, they have so much more character than new signals, guess I'm just addicted to thing's of the past. Thanks for sharing!
I prefer the old signals also. The new ones all look the same
Awesome DPU in the middle
Awesome. I was at the Deshler rail park in July. Its a great spot.
Once again live action JAWTOOTH. The sound of the wagons passing you , I associate with standing on the lookout in Banff national park watching CP freight trains coming out of the Spiral Tunnels
Another great video Jawtooth. I LOVE THOSE OLD B&O SIGNALS!!! Keep up the great work.
Thanks for being here so fast!
thanks Brian,was super again.greetz:Peer.
nice video and nice loco sound. Those low notes entice you to think about so much power.
Nice sunset in the video of the third train.
Yes it was!
Love the video jawtooth another great live action video.
I had an Uncle who was a B&O engineer...way back in the late 1950s...he retired in 1970s...got free rides anywhere...
Another really super Jawtooth video! Loved the high-speed meet, you don't often see heavy trains hauling ass in opposite directions where I am, because I'm in an urban setting, so this was great. Nice job by your son(?) announcing the next bit -- watch out, he'll take your job!

I’m jealous your in my old stomping grounds, great place for foaming though. I’ll hopefully see some there by Christmas
In the night it is funny for sleep in the near from the diamond. Nice video. Greetings from berlin
It is noisy at night for sure. Thanks for watching Sven!
Deshler ohio CSX train big horn very long not sure can't wait another train on the way awesome video again jaw tooth bless you twice mix up cars flat cars also brake screen not going to fast about 30 miles per hour love train's coast to coast wood delivery say about 80 to 100 cars on the track
Been there a number of times, fun place
Good video JT, Hobo Shoestring sent me here. )
Wow JT now that was a cool video Great Job
GREAT VIDEO SIR!! Be sure and have lunch at Mama Rose's next time you're there. Great food and a great restaurant!!
Awesome. Deshler, O. B&O all the way. That BNSF train was really moving. Most of theirs do. Was that a BNSF freight, or a B&O (CSX) with borrowed power? That's why I loved cabooses. When you sawr that, you KNEW which railroad it was.
Always find RR crossings sad, rather neglected, causing people delays. But I love them just the way they are.
Great catches!
HI JAWTOOH IM A FAN I SAW A TRAIN
One of My Favorite towns for some RR action, I recognized it immediately from a few other UA-cam videos that I've seen. one video used drone footage which was awesome...not as awesome as Jaw Tooth's vid ....of course..😁
Thanks for the info!
Awesome Video!! I've heard that people get addicted watching trains, and it's true!! I'm addicted now!, lol Thank you Jaw Tooth for sharing!
Those signals are unique
At 1:18 ya got a little hornshow!
Thanks for watching!
I didn't even notice that until I watched it back just now. Thats cool when they do that!
No problem JT keep up the good work!
I bet he honked the horn twice meaning “Jaw Tooth”
Well, ya done it again! Woo! Keep up the good work.
Thanks!
love it brother keep it up..
You can really hear those wheel flanges pushing against the rails on that curve! Kinda wondering if that curve radius is comparable to O 54 curved track for Lionel O gauge
Wall to wall trains, you don't see that many even when you are dreaming when sleeping.
Love these videos
Great video dear Jaw.
Thank you!
the old school signals are cool to see by the way I watch this place on the live stream a lot
Not many of them left anymore. I'm tryin to film the last of them
Fantastic video my friend !!!! 😍😍👌
Thanks Walter!
I've always thought the folks who drive those trucks on the tracks have fun.
Nice job keep up the good work👍
Thanks, will do!
Leave it to Jaw Tooth to get you (son) the trains (live action).
Heck yeah!!!!! 🤙
b&o had a train tracks threw north west indiana i think around 1984 it closed down
Nice I see you VRF Cam
I love those B&O signals! Too bad CSX replaced all of them in Maryland.
Csx is my favorite train
Awesome Video!😀👍🚂
Thanks for watching!
12:53 I wonder what it was like for the engineer as his locomotive was bouncing across that diamond.
Probably got his dentures rattled.
You could probably get a chance to catch alot of trains here in Princeton, Indiana.
That third train was a big one. I counted 193 cars in it.
