"Dynamic Human Anatomy" picks up where my prior publication "Basic Human Anatomy" leaves off and offers artists and art students a deeper understanding of anatomy, including anatomy in motion, and how that essential skill is applied to the creation of fine figurative art.

I own many anatomy books. Yours is the most practical. Wish I had found it sooner.

Thank you, teaching this topic for many years gave me a good idea of what is important to know about this subject and how better convey it to the students

The advice and knowledge here is just insane, I can't believe it. So in depth and serious book. I need to learn figure drawing and ultimately want to do hyperrealistic drawings out of imagination.
I am buying your dynamic book

This was fascinating, Thank you. And your books look Amazing! I'm finding myself torn between which one to get (budget only allows for one right now). though I'm sure I'll be happy with either one. Thank you again for being so generous in sharing your knowledge with us.

Hi Angela, sorry for the late response. Thank you for the compliments!. I would get Basic Human Anatomy first, it will give you a solid base of Anatomy for Figure Drawing

@@RobertoOstiDrawing That's ok I understand. Thank you, I purchased the Dynamics which is wonderful but think you're right I should have started with the Basics really. Thank you for producing such beautiful books.

hey, I was just curious, is it ok to just go for dynamic human anatomy or do I have to go first for basic human anatomy?

Dear @Pawel, thank you for your interest in my books. The first book "Basic Human Antomy" is being reprinted and will be available in June but you don't necessarily have to purhase this one first, you can buy "Dynamic Human Anatomy" now and "Basic Human Anatomy" later.
The first book dealso in detail and systematically with structure and anatomy of the body and includes also drawing techniques, The second book focuses on the dynamism and aesthetics of the body, facial expressions and drawingtechniques, but it has also a considerable amount of material about anatomy and proportions focusing on the superficial muscles. You can start with this second book and buy the first book later on, to get a more detailed detailed description of all the muscles, from deep to superficial layers and a detailed description of bones and stereometric rendering of the human figure.
      I hope this helps,
      Roberto
