Basically. Metal foundation, metal pillar, 1-3 vaults dropped on it and metal fence on foundation stacked up about 2-4 fences high. And if possible put a ceiling above and make a small turret tower or plant X

Iv been naming my Vaults with their coords since aberration and we needed to vault drop healing plants :P Other than that I actually avoid using spam. I think it's a low tier way to defend a server. I know it's become somewhat necessary which I hate more so
@Tom Church Exactly, OC gen 2 servers on Xbox are packed with these fuckwit tribes that literally can't PvP. They can't even build but they have so much structure down because of striders. Youd think with unlimited access to resources you would be a more competent tribe and not need to blow the servers proverbial arsehole open with lag. Part of owning a server used to mean maintenance too. I'm still the only tribe IV seen on official own a server for more than a year without spamming the whole thing off. Its called PVP if you're afraid go back to pillar spamming pve servers XD lol

@@obskewerd3992 some people have offline timers and can’t play the game 24/7 so the only way to keep your base up is have as much spam turrets etc to it takes them longer to raid all that then your offline timer

This got patched right? I tried to do exactly like he is doing but when you demolish the last tek ceiling the vaults stay on top of the tek pillar, they don't fall to the ground and cover it!
Can you vault drop turrets and pillars at the same time with one vault? Id probably just do that for the outer spam to push their fobs back even further

How to make placeable x Plants
*Need exo mek*
Pillar need be placed witbput snap point
Step 1
Place ocean Plattform
Step 2 place a pillar on it
Step 3 Place ceiling with crop plots on the pillar(tek is very good)
Step 4 each crop plot need one x Seed and 2 Fertelizer/owl pellet
Step 5 wait to grow up
Step 6 pick up ocean Plattform with mek
Step 7 take placeable x Plants out of meks inventory

Can you figure out the easiest way to place uniform spam en masse?
You get a warning for vault dropped pillars/ triangle foundations if you keep doing it you can get dev wiped

Our servers have a couple hundred vault dropped pillars. Some of those have been there almost 2 years. Never had a GM tell us anything about them.

First thing: on Offical settings Structures autodecay after 12:00 Houres when notting is connected + if you press H while looking at structures you can see decaytimer
Second thing: Tek turrets are best to vaultdrop since they have 9k HP and each c2 deals approximately 500dmg to it = 9000/500 = 18 c4 is more then vault needs 50k hp with 3.6k dmg by c4 = 50 000 / 3600 = 13.6 = 14 c4 (i think its 15 cause it does not deal exactly 3600 dmg), you get the point ... including to that is if you place tek turret right you can actually hide it inside vault
watch the whole vid he tells you you have to connect a ladder to the pillar or it will decay
@@crft6894 ??? He said that Structures Decay in 1 Day which is not right in Offical Standarts, next thing is that i never spoke about a PIllar, just about that Tek turret is more efficient since it is easy to make and much more durable

Dedis are finicky and dont always count full range, i think height has something to do with it but not tested fully

I wanted to know if there is a parameter to activate to use the c4 solo, because when I wanted to do a test I couldn't blow it up? And when you have my foundations everywhere, what is it to do, I can't understand? is it to crash players?
what is the optimal distance between foundations? we usually spam 4 foundations in a row and then pick up the middle 2. is that the best for not wasting reaources? why didn't you test that?

What's your opinion on allosaurus? And maybe can you do a video with capped bred allos vs a bred giga? I'm trying to convince my tribemates that the allos are OP!!!
They're bleed is good for certain things but deinochys are better bc they have more utility. Bleeding soakers and jumping through peoples cave spam.
@@mandrake925 yh I totally agree but allosaurus are bulkier,their bleed also slows the target to a snails pace,good attack speed and damage. I think they,especially the x and r variant could clap other tames
@@supersaiyancj8505 idk just why use an allo when you can use a giga, shadowmane or tek saddle rex for anything outside of caves. Caves the allo to big for most and deino and theri top in caves. I personally don't see a use for allos but I could be wrong and just not see it.

Why would anyone EVER bring this tactic to PVE servers? I've been through 3 maps (vanilla+expansions) already and they all are overspammed with these pillars. Like - okay, you plan to build a larger base, but why in the heaven would you spam the pillars all over the water sources even far away from you base? This NEEDS to be revisioned by the devs, this NEEDS to be banable on PvE servers.
this NEEDS to be banned everywhere, PVP and PVE, it's such a bad experience for other players and it kills the immersion
On pve its done so ppl don't build big base right next to some one else's big base. To many in one area just ruins server. It's done around water n resources to stop ppl from blocking beaver dams and resource nodes
As for pvp it's done so ppl cant fob on your door step n pin u in base from start. The more stuff they gotta clear the longer raid takes. The longer raid takes more chance u have of getting tribe online n Deffending.
Technically, most of this is against WCs CoC on PVE. WC is actually fast at dealing w/ these types of offences in PVE. I agree--completely useless in PVE, and yet I see some players do this. It is a ridiculous act of entitlement. When I see PVP spam in PVE....But I do see the purpose of it on PVP. But then again, I don't have time or patience for PVP. But love to see the differences in gameplay, strategy & how players think.
@@sumguyonabike8776 Yes, in PVE there is a proper way to protect resources, and I am not against this, as long as it is within reason. But this video shows PVP spam, and I know ppl who have done this in PVE....and yes, something is wrong with them. Why PVE players do this is another topic for another day though lol

Turret method in vault doesn’t work because turret needs to be powered to affect mek shield
You want to place a battery inside the turret, but keep the turret offline. The battery won't discharge but the mek shield is still affected.

True. You need a power source and copy turret settings to all nearby turrets to turn it on.
Put two bullets and a battery in inventory. The turret does not need to be turned on.

Make some about useing moschops for leechblood now noglins are a thing and antidotes are a pain ... I use a megatherium but moschops have the leechblood option please test :)

I did this shit in classic i had 60 vaults in vanilla let that sink in when the game was hard. When you would use a saber to run out a volcano and carry 300 metal ore a run.

Yall realize spam is a good majority of why ark is a dying game right?? No one new wants to play because they see the spam cant progress they say fuck it and leave, I have just over 1k hours into the game stopped playing for awhile tried again and couldnt find a server that wasnt spammed to all hell.. like cool your base is protected no one can build near you, or become a threat to bad it's also killing the game. I know of 20 people that have completely quite the game as a result. And I'm sure dozens of other people also know of people who quit for the same reason.

@@chucktelschow no it kills the game litterly major frame drops, no resource respawns so even a solo can't even progress most drops are pillars so you can't even get those it's a dead game which Is a shame

you can destroy the pillars using tek grenades and a carbo very easily. throw tek grenade on carbo head, walk head in, watch explode. you have to find the right place for the carbo head but once you do you can blow them all so easily.

Have played since 2015, never once touched PvP. This just goes to show how poorly designed the game is for PvP.
I've also played since legacy, tell me what is the point of pve after you've raised or tamed everything and beat the bosses? I'm genuinely curious how you can play pve for 7 years
@@WallhacksYT i mean is there really a point to either pve or pvp after you've bred everything and beat all the bosses? Either way you play, all we are doing at that point is filling dedis with mass amounts of resources whether it's from farming or raiding. But PvE is more about super breeding, creative building, and setting your own goals in the game. Besides that, there has been many great overhaul/progression based mods over the years that introduce new ways of playing such as Annunaki, Extinction: Core, Pugnacia, Ark Eternal, Primal Fear, etc....and when you get bored of doing it all time to take a break and play another game. Come back a few months later, and do it all over again. Restarting/early game has always been my favorite part of ark
@@invertus9411 yeah I have seen vids about the mods and those always looked cool but I play on console so I don't think they're available to me. When I play the only point of the game is to raid bases and stay hidden. Each base is like a puzzle and you have to figure out the best way to put it together with the tools and tames you have. two sides of the coin I guess
