Hi, we're just planning a tour of Scotland for July this year, considering either north leidag or bunree, which one would you consider to be the best and best positioned for exploring that area. Any advice would be much appreciated.
I suppose it depends how far you want to travel from your base each day, we decided to stay at both sites to explore the area, both sites are great with beautiful views so really would recommend either of them, facilities on Bunree are dated but clean, and North Ledaig facilities is a more updated but depends where you are pitched it can be a long walk to facilities block, I suppose it depends on the prices at the time of booking, enjoy your tour of Scotland
Hi, Looks a lovely site and one to think about as we are thinking of a Scottish tour next year. Have you thought about using 28mm solid pipe extensions for your waste, we have done this and it's great got the idea from another tuber 👍. Just wish you would also fully uncoil your leccy cable to avoid fire risk. Thanks for the vlog. Paul and Jo.
Not sure what you mean ? it's not on a coiled up on cable reel it's laid out to allow heat dispersion there is no chance of any heat build up as plenty of airflow around it, could probably do with a shorter lead though as we only have the standard length lead 👍
I always make sure there is plenty of loose cable, The only problem is if you use a reel and the cable is tightly wound round it, that it creates heat is loosely coiled it won't overheat 👍

Hi again,
Sorry if the cable comment came across as negative certainly not meant,
I have always been told to lay it out flat and not left curled up.
🙂

@@andrew-karens-adventures OK thanks for that I have learnt something new 😀.
