I'm a huge fan of this band, and song. what is that instrument called that the singer starts jammin on at 3:06. Having heard this song a 1000 times on CD and thinking it was some fancy bronze instrument or harmonica, now seeing he's playing what appears to be a simple plastic Kids toy??? Ha, ha. Love it.
Are you thinking "Betty Blue"? I was thinking the same thing. This version is so much poignant live. I think the album version was a bit overproduced. Still, it's a fave of mine.
Great stuff. Weightlifting such a beautiful record. Grossly underrated band. Can;t wait for new album . Cheers for posting
Still watching in 2022!
this song is beautiful, and his voice is amazing
living in the aftermath..in the midst of mistakes..
ul. i'm late to the brilliance of this album, but i'm glad to catch up with the likes of these video clips. Thank you.
doesnt the ending sound to you like a tragic french film? it is one of my faves too. au revoir
Ahh.. the melodica .. brought back to the forefront by Joy Division.. and Bernard Sumner in New Order.
tres magnifique

It’s called a melodica. I have one exactly the same. Nice sound off it, for a kids toy 😀
