6:19 Deje que se enfríen.
Para la crema de chocolate:
6:27 Sobre un recipiente con agua caliente derrita 80g de chocolate dulce.
7:04 Agregue 60ml de crema espesa o crema de leche o nata.
8:44 Sobre un recipiente con agua y hielo bata 140ml de crema espesa o crema de leche o nata y 10g de azúcar granulada.

I tried the recipe twice and it’s super yummy. 😊 I wonder why some (most?) of your recipes use ground almonds and no baking powder. Are you using ground almonds as a raising agent? I ask because mine didn’t rise as much as other cupcake recipes I’ve tried with baking powder 🧐
