I really appreciate that you share mistakes. Every time I make something for the first time, I mess it up. I am not exaggerating. It is nice to know everyone has their little problems. They turned out so nice.
Wow, pure glitzn genius mixing the mica in with only part A before adding B. I have struggled with coloring fast cast resins for so long and I have no idea why I never thought of this!! GENIUS!!!
If you brush that mica powder around inside edge before you pour resin, when you remove from mold the edges of your coaster will have the mica powder color around the whole coaster
Exquisite - per your usual. I just had to give in and get some of that extra fine, and I do mean "fine" holographic "laser silver" glitter that you use for that finishing touch. It's gorgeous! 🎇
If it has white back it has at least one layer. It will look like it does not but if you do the tape trick it will separate. Put piece tape on back and pull corner.
I love them. Very nice colors, the napkins went so well together. And yes I finally tried my silicone putty and I'm in love with it. It worked so well and fast. Thank you ❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
I love these...gives me ALOT of ideas. The reason I love and watch your tutorials is because you DO change it up. Thanks Michelle...Another great tutorial by Mrs Glitter hehe 🌹
So cute! 😊 I have these teeny tiny gold bees that would have been a sweet addition. I might have to get those napkins. I wonder if they have sunflower ones? Thanks as always ❤
I am so glad I found you!! So amazing to watch! I would love to chat with you on when n how you got started, etc! Love the different ideas you have! I’m in Ohio. ❤
So pretty, Michelle!! But even though I've been doing resin for about 3 years now, I have trouble duplicating your results. That said I use JDiction resin, and I love it, but maybe that's the issue with some of my results.
They turned out great! So I have a few questions...1. why do you think there were air bubbles coming from under the napkin if it was all mod podged up? 2. How long do those gold pens last if you paint the edges on a set like that? (I have terrible luck with these kinds of pens - either glop unevenly or dry out quickly) and 3. Have you tried Maribu Rainbow alcohol ink? Easy subtle but impactful glitter alternative.👍 Thanks for the videos 😀
Sure! 1. Bubbles will come up no matter what, as long as there were some trapped, however they were trapped. So I'd say babysit them for a little while before walking away. 2. If you use the coasters a lot yes the pen will rub off and need to be re applied. You can always use metallic mica powder like this one : amzn.to/3RzoPCE to coat the sides and bottom of your mold so it gets embedded into your project. Here is a video showing how they come out: ua-cam.com/video/43qcexdXc44/v-deo.htmlsi=AimwrAyQuhB4SEXO. and 3. Yes I have the Maribu rainbow alcohol ink as well! I use it alot on tumblers as well.
These coasters are absolutely stunning. I'm fairly new to your channel and definitely new to all the resin projects. I got so excited when I seen you had another video tonight. I have been binging on all your video's. You have almost got me to the point of not being afraid of the resin. I have had UV resin and polyurethane resin and about 10 different molds for about 4 months now but just been a little bit timid about it. Ok maybe a lot timid about it. Lol. 4 months is a long time to have supplies and not use them. Lol. But I think you have educated me to the point of not being afraid. Thank you for all you do to share your talent with us. I have purchased some of the "ring blanks" from Temu and I'm just waiting on them to be delivered. Thanks again. Oh and also, I love the way you and your husband work together. Y'all are so funny. Love from Georgia!!
Thanks! I try to get a video out daily! ☺️ it’s time to stop delaying, you will be so happy you jumped in, we all make mistakes that’s how we learn. Most can be salvaged though. Join my Facebook group so you can ask questions and see more inspiration 😃
Thank you so much for your videos! I am learning so much! I live in Sarasota off fruitville, nice to see a neighbor doing fun things on UA-cam! 🤩 Now for my question, what kind of paint marker did you use for these coasters? I loved the finishing touch of them! 😁☺️
Beautiful coasters! I was wondering if you have ever done the clipboard mold and how it turned out. They look thin and might possibly be bendy. I would love to see one of those made. My daughter homeschools her children and they would really be helpful and last a lot longer.
Beautiful coasters! Thanks for sharing your ideas! What was the name of the gold pen you used and can I buy it on Amazon? I couldn’t find it on your product list.
Thank you, thank you. I do have a question about the edge painting, does the edge have to be sealed afterwards? Also do you keep your wish list current?
Hi Michelle Love your videos, I would just like to know the name of the music you play on the sped up sections please? It sounds like an Irish type tune. ❤
Sure! You can add anything you'd like. I have to say though if you add rhinestones, you will lose the brillance of them and be left with a mirror effect, I learned that the hard way.
Lovely idea! So pretty I love the bit when you said you behaved with the glitter! You sound like me! My friend said I use too much glitter and not everyone likes glitter! So we are no longer friends!!! lol not really!
I really appreciate that you share mistakes. Every time I make something for the first time, I mess it up. I am not exaggerating. It is nice to know everyone has their little problems. They turned out so nice.
They are just beautiful Michelle! The gold completes it. Love the napkin design and the colours. ❤❤❤
Wow, pure glitzn genius mixing the mica in with only part A before adding B. I have struggled with coloring fast cast resins for so long and I have no idea why I never thought of this!! GENIUS!!!
Glad it was helpful!😃
Beautiful coasters. I love the napkins, they are stylish and can go with a couple of decors. Great idea coloring the fast cure resin pink. ❤
A little saran wrap wipe really helps with the wrinkles 😊
If you brush that mica powder around inside edge before you pour resin, when you remove from mold the edges of your coaster will have the mica powder color around the whole coaster
Yep I do that a lot now
Exquisite - per your usual. I just had to give in and get some of that extra fine, and I do mean "fine" holographic "laser silver" glitter that you use for that finishing touch. It's gorgeous! 🎇
Thanks!
They turned out so pretty! Good call to edge them. 😊 p.s. I was very happy to see you put on gloves.❤
If it has white back it has at least one layer. It will look like it does not but if you do the tape trick it will separate. Put piece tape on back and pull corner.
I’ll have to try again but I could get any layers to separate
Fantastic idea! ❤
They turned out so nice
The napkins made beautiful coasters
A pink butterfly on the fence would have been cool or maybe a different colored one in each coaster. These are very pretty!
Really like the coasters, I can see a butterfly fluttering around the flowers😄
They are very pretty
The napkins are so pretty. Love the coasters.❤

Hi neighbor!!! Liquid Mirror Chrome Metallic Marker: amzn.to/3LgEWmj - This is my favorite!!
Beautiful coasters! I was wondering if you have ever done the clipboard mold and how it turned out. They look thin and might possibly be bendy. I would love to see one of those made. My daughter homeschools her children and they would really be helpful and last a lot longer.

Here’s three videos for you 😊
Thank you so much! I apparently overlooked these when I was searching through your videos.@@glitznglitterbymichelle1
What a cool idea! The coasters are beautiful! I love the gold edging too. Do you seal it with anything? I'm curious about it scratching off.
I don’t seal it and the gold can scratch off. You can always do another clear coat over the gold pen so seal it on there
Beautiful coasters! Thanks for sharing your ideas! What was the name of the gold pen you used and can I buy it on Amazon? I couldn’t find it on your product list.

Thank you, thank you. I do have a question about the edge painting, does the edge have to be sealed afterwards? Also do you keep your wish list current?
Yes you should seal the edges or it will rub off eventually. And no the wish list I believe has been removed, I think 🤔
Hi Michelle
Love your videos, I would just like to know the name of the music you play on the sped up sections please? It sounds like an Irish type tune. ❤
Not sure of the name it’s just some “AI” “free” music on my editing software that doesn’t have any copyrights 😕
With the heat resistant resin can they be used as hot plates? I’m new to this lol
I don't know of any heat resistant resin. Most resin can withstand a hot cup of tea or coffee on coasters but I won't go any hotter than that.
Did you mix tha pink colour with water?. I'm greatful if you can answer .thankyou
No you can’t use water near resin, it won’t cure.
I'm a newbie. I wonder if you could add a few crystals to the top of the napkin before adding the top coat for extra sparkle 😂
Strategicly place/glue some small flat back crystals ❤
Sure! You can add anything you'd like. I have to say though if you add rhinestones, you will lose the brillance of them and be left with a mirror effect, I learned that the hard way.
Thanks for the links can you leave a different link for the heat resin they are sold out
Most resin is fine for coasters heat, if you need it to withstand anything hotter you would need the Stone coat countertop resin made for countertops.
@@glitznglitterbymichelle1 ok thanks
Im a new subscriber here i wanted to know if u ever did a coaster with iron on design.
Not iron on but I have done iron on patches in my channel.
Oh ok
Hi loving these, but what is "Modge Podge"???
Its a liquid glue that dries clear to help seal things. Here's a link: amzn.to/3WWP6ze
@@glitznglitterbymichelle1 Thank you so much 🥰
Could you sell these in a craft show?
Curious. Can you sell things like this, using these napkins? As they’re copyrighted? Sorry, I’m very new to this.
Good question, I don’t have the answer too 😑
just drill out the holes fix them w UV.
Love the video tutorial. 😊 Next time Ditch the annoying "music" 😂
Lovely idea! So pretty
I love the bit when you said you behaved with the glitter! You sound like me! My friend said I use too much glitter and not everyone likes glitter! So we are no longer friends!!! lol not really!
Bahaha that’s funny. It’s really hard to stop myself sometimes 😁😁😁
