In today's video we take a closer look at the special edition "Pearl" colorway of the Nike Tiempo Legend 10 Elite, a special version for the Tiempo's 30th anniversary with some of the craziest packaging I've ever seen for a pair of football boots! @@unamusedmule you must not know what you're talking about. the synthetic of the tiempo imitates kangaroo leather in order for Nike to save money by not buying the natural material.
@@Geggo1611No. They made the synthetic to sell boots in the US. A lot of states have banned leather on shoes and football boots. And it is coming to Europa soon too. So to keep on selling the Tiempo, they need to find an alternative to the animal skin
The fact that the design takes inspiration from the 10R Dois (a Nike masterpiece) but there’s no k-leather is absolute blasphemy

Tried on 9.5 premiers in two different colorways, one tighter than the other. Tried a 10, one sloppier than the other. Makes no sense.

Elite only for this one as far as I’m aware. There is a Premier in the same colorway though

For those thinking about buying these and reselling them, I eventually sold the CTR 360 remakes for $216 net, losing $34 on what I paid last July. I had fully intended to play in them, but the toe box was too tight. I figured since they sold out quickly last summer I’d be able to make a little bit of money, but it took four months just to sell them at a loss after the EB fees.
Do you think I would like the Nike gx or gx2 more if I’m coming from the original Nike gt?
I wouldn’t say that one would be better than the other, or at least more similar to the GT. I personally find the GX 2 a little more comfortable, but both are excellent boots

I like that more manufacturers are moving away from leather and other animal components these days, it's too much burden on nature and the difference is not too crazy.

@@chanchaniceman Very much wrong, leather loses in literally every scenario just by the emmissions from raising animals and the chemicals used during making the leather.
