    this is amazing, thank you molly! i’m so excited for my tea nights again, it’s vanilla peppermint with some soy milk for me as part of my routine! nice cozy tea and a book to wind down at night

      Interested to hear your say because it is not metioned or understood. I was misdiagnosed w ocd first. Then when i had my 3 year disability review to see if i had recovered enough to go off benefits the assessor said no what you are describing sounds more like ocpd not ocd. I said yes i know because i did not accept the ocd diagnosis. I kept searching for answers and found the channel called my life in debre. Sorry if i cant spell and i hate spellcheck so i just live w it. Very not ocpd, lol i override a lot!
