@@andreavlogz729 yea it got better but the next time I did it , it didnt work so turned out that things were much more difficult. Went to see a doc. After a week I can finally eat. Just go see a doc and take the drugs

I’m going to try this, I’ve had a throat for 3 days and I am NOT missing Christmas Eve and Day treats due to it! I’m guessing it’s due to the cold, but hopefully this works! I’ll update you everyday until it’s better! ( right now it’s the 23rd of December 2023 )

One of the best things you can do for a sore throat, flu like symptoms. It’s gagging yes, I admit, but try at least 3 times every couple of hours. It really does help.

i had to get tested for a rapid test, i gagged a lot but when it was done i litterally couldnt feel my sore throat. gagging helps a lot

It does work. It got rid of white spots on my sons tonsils. It think he probably had strep throat or maybe tonsillitis. Next day all the white spots were gone

Just got a sore throat last night, doesn't hurt too much but I can try gargling some salt water, I usually just drink lots of liquids, or eat things like hard candy or ice cream. But I heard this trick works really well
