There's nothing frugal about ordering hypermassive amounts of McDonald's, Little Caesar's, Popeyes, Kentucky Fried Cholesterol, Burger King, and Wendy's. The amount of money you're shelling out is just a tiny down payment compared to the future medical care costs from overdosing on the oil, sodium, refined sugars, refined carbs, etc. Tasha, we WANT you to be healthy and mobile enough to do the things in your bucket list. Switching to a fiber-rich Mediterranean/DASH/MIND diet is necessary to put those things on the table. Continuing all those grease bomb yukbangs guarantees that you'll never do those things. PLEASE do not end up like Hungry Fatcorpse, who is so immobile that she's effectively a prisoner who cannot even step outside. PLEASE do not end up like Foodie Deadly, who has to spend lots of time in hospitals due to liver problems, kidney problems, and unrestricted diabetes.
