Hi Jackie, I just watched one of your great videos, "HowTo Use Big Shot with Thinlits & Framelits" and have a question. Hopefully, you can lead me in the right direction.
We have a sizzix Big Shot Switch and would like to purchase a magnetic platform and cutting pads. I've checked Amazon and several other sites and have discovered that I cannot find them both in the same size.
The magnetic platform measures 8 x 8 inches and the clear cutting plate measures 8.74 x 6.1. My question is: should they be the same size? if yes, do you have sizzix part numbers for each of them?

I know that you suggested using the Precision base plate with the detailed dies. What would happen if you used the outline dies with the Precision base plate? You recommended not to do this...
