In this video I traveled to Uvadle, TX to compete in the Briscoe Ranch BBQ Cook-Off. This one is one of my absolutely favorite cook-offs to do. @@CentralTexasGrilling nice, we were close to you. Were were in spot 2, team brightview. Must of had beginners luck, was fortunate enough to grab 4th in chicken and 1st in brisket. I think I saw you in some of t-Roy and baby back maniac videos way back in the day.
